New - Home Cinema Installation.
This will be added to as I get time, but for now:
The Panasonic 50" Plasma setup.

The AV unit is homemade and deliberately very heavy and strong.
The center section holds the AV equipment (more later) and the outer sections each house the subwoofers.
Each outer section comprises a very dense cabinet with two Celestion 12" FD12 drivers in each.
The Samsung 63" Plasma setup.

To gain a true idea of how much bigger 63" is than 50" I thought I'd throw in this picture:

And because the Samsung went wrong and they had no more in stock, soon to be the borrowed 28" LCD TV setup, while we wait for......
The Panasonic 65" setup.
I was going to wait for the 3D VT20 model, but this would have been months and when I found a P65V10 at just over £3000, I couldn't resist!
Very, very happy with the result.

Here are some more pictures.
First in the dark (the blue lights are no where near as bright and silly when viewed with the human eye)
Also, to see more in the picture I upped the brightness, so the TV's blacks aren't as black as they appear in real life:

Here is a more realistic light level used for viewing films - brighter still for normal TV viewing:

And here's a view of the room layout in (very bright) early Spring daylight.
